Individual counseling services are for those who are struggling with personal issues affecting their relationships or dealing with challenges. You will receive personalized treatment that is tailored entirely to your specific goals, life experiences, and pace. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, confidential space to voice your struggles. Together we will find actionable tools and coping strategies to better navigate life's stressors.             

INDIVIDUAL RATE: $150 | 50-minutes

With over 25 years of experience working with this population, I have an understanding of your situation and can provide practical recommendations. We can work together to help you adjust to your diagnosis, manage your fears about the future, and find strategies for coping with any stress, anxiety, or depression that you may be experiencing. Together we will navigate the emotional impact of cognitive decline and adjusting to changing roles. My goal is to help you maintain your sense of self-worth and continue to engage in meaningful relationships and activities. 

INDIVIDUAL RATE: $150 | 50-minutes

Caregiver support counseling services provide emotional and practical guidance for individuals caring for a loved one, particularly those dealing with challenges related to dementia. The relationship that a caregiver has with the individual has an impact on their role and duties...it's one thing to provide care and support for an aging parent but it's another when it is your partner. This services equips caregivers with skills to manage stress, reduce burnout, and improve decision-making. With over 25 years of experience working with this population, I can assist caregivers in coping with overwhelming responsibilities, fatigue, and anxiety. Additionally, I facilitate access to valuable resources and promote self-care practices to enhance overall well-being. 

INDIVIDUAL RATE: $150 | 50-minutes

UPSTATE RESIDENTS: If you are in need of financial support, please contact the Appalachian Council of Governments, Family Caregiver Support Program at 864-242-9733 to inquire about their Caregiver Counseling Services Voucher. This voucher will provide you with up to five (5) appointments at no cost to you!

This will be the FIRST of its kind! This will be a 12-week structured, support and psycho-education group that is strictly for those individuals living with dementia. Space is limited! Participants will have to complete a Pre-Screen Interview prior to attending.

I offer telehealth services for those who prefer to receive support from the comfort of their own home or are not able to meet at the Greenville office. These online counseling services, conducted via video conferencing, provide the same level of care and support as our in-person counseling services; however, please note that this format is NOT preferred for couples therapy or family counseling.

TIERED FEE STRUCTURE: $100 - $890 

Families who choose to pay in full before their first session will receive Preferred Pricing, plus, one-week of email support as a "Thank-you!" for their commitment to the Silver Lining Roadmap process. This allows us to focus fully on developing your personalized plan while providing meaningful savings on your overall investment.
