When a dementia diagnosis enters your life, it often brings uncertainty, difficult decisions, and the overwhelming question: "What do we do next?"
The SILVER LINING ROADMAP is a specialized service designed for individuals, couples, families, and caregivers seeking expert guidance as they navigate the complexities of cognitive decline. Drawing on specialized training and over 25 years of experience supporting those affected by dementia, this intensive consultation provides practical strategies, education, resources, and a clear path forward.
Whether you are newly facing a diagnosis, struggling with caregiving challenges, navigating family conflict, or preparing for future care needs, this service is designed to help you move from confusion to confidence.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
Following our initial call, you (and if applicable, all other participants) will receive a comprehensive intake packet with the appropriate consent and confidentiality forms. The information you provide serves as the foundation for your personalized plan.
Unlike a standard consultation, significant preparation occurs before we meet. I will review your family's specific circumstances, identify your most pressing concerns, and conduct individualized research related to your situation, including state-specific resources, care options, community supports, and planning considerations. This advance preparation allows us to maximize our time together and focus on developing practical solutions, personalized recommendations, and a strategic plan tailored to your family's needs.
Many families don't need—or are not ready for—ongoing therapy. They simply need someone who can answer questions like:
•"Is this behavior normal?"
•"How do I respond when Mom thinks I'm stealing from her?"
•"Should Dad still be driving?"
•"How do we tell the grandchildren?"
•"My siblings disagree about everything—what do we do?"
These are questions that need to be answered this week, not after six weekly therapy sessions; which could potentially save your family months of confusion, conflict, and emotional distress. This is where I come in: I help individuals, couples, and families find clarity, connection, and confidence during life's most challenging transitions—especially when dementia changes the people and relationships they love.

This is a Dementia Intensive Consultation and is an educational and consultative service designed to offer dementia-specific guidance, support, resources, and problem-solving strategies. As it is not therapy, this service is available to individuals and families nationwide, providing essential cognitive decline support to those in need. All participants will be required to complete the necessary paperwork, including confidentiality, payment requirements, and consent forms prior to the appointment to ensure effective family caregiver guidance.
